Today is Day 8 of P90X3 Fitness Journey. Today I did Total Synergistics. Here is how I did:

1 Side Arm Balance :6

2 Crescent Chair: 5

3 Pull Knee Pull: 14

4 Flip Flop Crunch: 23

5 Crawly Plyo Push-Ups: 44 

6 Relevé-Plié, Weighted: 10

7 Chin-Up Circle Crunch:5

8 Boat Plow (10 reps): 10

9 Balance Arch Press (10 reps): 10

10 3 Hop Press (10 reps): 10

11 Glamour Hammer:7

12 Branon Boat: 12

13 Flying Warrior (4 reps Right, 4 reps

Left): 4

Right 4 Left

14 Squat Rockers: 11 5lbs

15 Side Rise Punch: 18 5 lbs

16 Warrior Squat Moon:

Right: 7

Left:7

I have improved since the last time I did this workout. I am so glad my numbers went up this week. Lets see how I do next week with  Total Synergistics my third week of P90X3.

    Thanks , I have recently been looking for information approximately this topic for a while and yours is the best I’ve discovered so
    far. But, what about the bottom line? Are you positive about the source?
