 P90X3 Fitness Journey Day 4

Today was Day 4 of my P90X3 fitness journey. Today's workout was The Challenge I did better then a thought I would to be honest I never expected to do this well today.

I can tell you I have done few strength training programs before this but I am still surprised how well I did today. I will be getting my chin up bar any day now. I can hardly wait to get it because I know I will get much better results when it comes.  You can use Resistance bands instead of the chin up bar and chin up max. But I am not satisfied with using just the resistance bands to do the workouts. I also drank my Chocolate Shakeology today for lunch. I love Tony Hortons sense of humor in P90X3.
