P90X3 Fitness Journey Day 2
My second day of my P90X3 fitness journey. I did Agility X. I did my best today during my workout. Some of the moves were a little challenging but I am not going to lie. All these moves are very new to me since I have never done any P90X program before. Tony makes you change direction on most of the moves and goes really fast. There is a female that modifies the moves in the video. I mostly followed her today. I started off going fast but at the end I slowed down. If you think you can't get a great workout in 30 minutes then you are so wrong. Its a good thing I drank my E&E ( Energy and Endurance Pre-workout Formula) and Chocolate Shakeology before this workout.
