Focus T25 workout Day 12 I made Chocolate Vegan Shakeology this morning. Then went to run some errands. After completing my errands I started my Focus T25 workout called Stretch. It's important to stretch exercise before you start next week you're so sore from Fridays workout you'll need to recover before you start the workouts for the next week.
I am trying my best to avoid using the scale track my results because the Scale Lies. I like doing measurements because its more accurate.
