Document Your Weight Loss Journey – Day 3

Hi.

I just want to say how proud I am of you!

Day 3. You’re making it through your first week. It’s so hard to change that first week, and you’re doing it.

I want to give you a suggestion–this really helped me—and that is… start a blog. I want you to start documenting how you feel; talk about the workout; talk about if you’re sore or what’s going on; and talk about your successes.

Because what’s going to happen is you’re going to start to inspire other people, and they’re going to start looking to you, to your story, to hear about it. How incredible is that – if you can help inspire another person to change their lives!! And what that does is it makes you more accountable.

Now, all of a sudden, there are people reading your blog, and they want to know how your workout went. And so they’re going to notice if you didn’t show up for your workout.

So that gives you one extra tool to make sure that you’re going to show up for your workout every day. And also it’s really fun to write about what you’re going through. It’s going to be something you’re proud of at the end of the 90 days or however long your program is.

I want to encourage you to do that. Great blogger tools are WordPress, eBlogger. Personally, I’m a fan of WordPress and you can see that platform here on my website. And, just go ahead and start writing about it. I’m excited to see what you write and to hear about your journey.

    With havin so much content do you ever run into any
    issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My site has a lot of
    unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it appears
    a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement.
    Do you know any techniques to help prevent content from being ripped off?
    I’d certainly appreciate it.
