21 Day Fix With Ankle Injury

February 12th  in the early morning hours I fell at friends house.  I just recovered from my ankle injury. Today was my first day doing 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Fix I had to follow the modified moves since my ankle still hurts a little. But I was glad to get back to being able to workout again. The move I had the most trouble doing cause my ankle still is in pain was the move surrender. I am using the portion control containers from 21 Day Fix. I am allowed 3 Green, 2 Purple, 4 Red, 2 Yellow, 1 Blue, 1 Orange, 2 Tablesppons.

Morning

Bagel - 2 Yellow

Lunch:

Chicken Breast-- Red

Spinach-Green

Dinner:

Pasta with Broccoli

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pita Bread

 

I didn't finish all the containers for today. I am still new to the portion control for all the different containers.
