21 Day Fix With Ankle Injury Day 8 I did Total Body Cardio Fix. the move Surrender is the hardest move for me to do cause my ankle is still healing. So I still struggle getting up and down. I just do the move slow and stay with the modifier. The second move I struggle with is lunges too but I modify the move until I am completely healed. I have been getting better at eating most of the containers. I have been staying on top of my water intake. I am glad I am on the second week of 21 Day Fix.
