21 Day Fix With Ankle Injury Day 6 I did Dirty 30. I am still following the modifier for most of the workout. Doing side lungs was a bit of a challenge luckily I was able to modify it due to my right ankle is still hurting. But I am not going to make it an excuse not to press play everyday!
I'm still struggling to get all the containers in a day in. I am sure I will get the hang of it soon. Tomorrows the last day of week one. Only 2 more weeks of round 1 of 21 Day Fix.
