21 Day Fix With Ankle Injury Day 4 I did Pilates Fix. I have to admit I loved this workout. I still followed the modifier in the video due to the fact I am returning to working out after injuring my ankle at a friends. Can you imagine not being able to workout for a whole 8 weeks? I was going crazy not being able to workout. When I first started workout few years ago I struggled trying to fit it in to my schedule. I really missed not working out for the whole 8 weeks I wasn't able to workout. I have to admit I never thought I would be addicted to working out a few years ago. But I am proud to say that I am addicted to working out everyday.

The 21 Day Fix workouts are easy to fit into my schedule. They are only 30 minutes everyday. It only takes 21 days to form a habit. Here is what I ate today:

Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
Peanut Butter
Water

3 Eggs
Red pepper
Carrots
Hummus

Apple
Hummus
Popcorn

I find it a bit of a challenge to eat all the food for the containers in the day. its a lot of food. To be completely honest I was surprised I thought I would be eating a lot less  food. I love that I don't need to count calories no more just use the simple portion control containers.
