21 Day Fix with Ankle Injury Day 3
21 Day Fix with Ankle Injury Day 3 I did Lower Fix for my workout today. I followed the modifier the whole time. Because my right ankle is still in the process of healing. I found lunging with my right foot was a little challenging so I just stepped back. The other move I had trouble with was where you need to put your foot back and curtsy. so I just put my foot behind. Once I am fully healed I will be able to the move but till then I will stick with the modified moves. I can see myself doing a second round of 21 Day Fix. I really enjoy the workouts are only 30 minutes. I am loving the portion control containers.
