21 Day Fix with Ankle Injury Day 2 I did Upper Fix for my workout. I had to follow all the modified moves. I had to do circle crunches I had to switch directions each time it was my first time doing it I am not used to switching directions it will take time to get used to. I am doing well with the portion control part today I had:

Breakfast
Strawberry Shakeology
Banana
Honey

Lunch:
Broccoli with Pasta
ExtraVirgin Olive Oil
Garlic

Dinner:
Veggie Burger
Avocado
Salad
Potato
